The Ts & Cs 

Cancellations: 
My terms of business are appointments cancelled with less that 24 hours notice are chargeable.  Last minute cancellations impact small businesses, as they cannot be filled.  Please do not be offended if payment for short notice cancellation or missed appointments is taken. Confirming your booking is agreement of these terms.

Block Sessions: 
Pilates & Treatment - I provide the option to purchase blocks of 3 or 5 sessions at lower rates than a single session. These have an expiry of 6 and 10 weeks respectively. 
If I need to cancel your appointment for any reason I will increase the expiry date accordingly. 
Archetypal Alchemy - from time to time I offer multiple session bundles. See 'Work with Me' for details.

Communication: 
I aim to respond to calls/messages/emails as promptly as I can.  When I am with clients I will try to confirm I’ve received your message, and give you an idea of when I will be able to fully reply.  
Unless time sensitive, I will respond to evening or weekend communications during the next working day. 

Payment: 
All sessions require payment at the time of booking. Payment is required to confirm your appointment. 
Please see Work With Me for my rates.  
I will send you a payment link with your session confirmation - your payment is an agreement of these terms.

Getting to Me:

Face to face appointments:
Address : 95 Stanmore Hill, Stanmore, Middlesex HA7 3DZ 

The entrance is between Blossom Tree beauticians and Donna dress shop. Please use the Ring Doorbell when you arrive - it is on silent so don’t worry if you don’t hear the chime. 

Parking: 
Parking outside in the pay and display bays uses the PayByPhone App. 
You can also park on a single yellow line at any time other than 3-4pm.
Parking in the side roads around the house has no charge - heading north Spring Lake and Old Forge Close, or south past The Abercorn Restaurant you can use Hill Close and the parking bays on Stanmore Hill opposite Hill Close entrance. 
All these have parking restrictions between 3-4pm.
From Old Forge Close onwards heading north up Stanmore Hill you can park at any time. 
As a warning parking in The Abercorn Restaurant car park could result in a £60 fine - as could turning in their driveway if their camera's don't record you leaving, so please bear this in mind! 

Bus:
The 142 Bus stop is almost outside the front door.  It goes to Watford Junction via Bushey and Bushey Station, and heading south to Edgware Station via Stanmore Station.

Train:
Stanmore Underground Station is a 15 minutes walk, or under 5 minutes on the 142 bus.

I would be grateful that you arrive promptly, but not too early for your appointment as I may be working with another client.
