Mondays 09.30 - 10.30 - Improvers

Mondays 19.15 - 20.15 - All Levels

Wednesdays  18.00 - 19.00 - All Levels

Thursdays 09.30 - 10.30 - Beginners (starting 4th September)

Rate - £12.50

Online Classes

Online Pilates:

Tuesday 6.30-7.30pm (recordings also available)

Online rate: £10.50 

Online Indoor Group Cycling:

Monday 7-8am

Thursday 7-8am
